On the day before we left Riyadh for good, we were provided with a driver to take us wherever we wanted to go. One place was the National Museum of Saudi Arabia for a final visit.

There was an outstanding exhibit on the Hajj, the pilgrimage to Makkah required of all Muslims once in their lifetime if they are able to do it. This was a model of the city of Makkah, taken from a different perspective from the picture below. I had to get Tim to take this for me because I was too short to shoot over the glass.
