On the day before we left Riyadh for good, we were provided with a driver to take us wherever we wanted to go. One place was the National Museum of Saudi Arabia for a final visit.
This particular section of the museum featured buildings from various parts of the country. I don’t know for sure, but this tower is reminiscent of structures I saw in the mountainous southwestern province of Asir, or its neighbor, Al Bahah, where some buildings are made of stone.
