This is a dog park?

This is what passes for a dog park in the Navy Yard area. Sahraa wouldn’t even deign to go into it with just gravel to play on and that complicated double gate to make sure she doesn’t get loose. I was appalled.

Looks too small to be a dog park. I did notice when we were in DC that all the dog parks we saw were really tiny. V
