Since I just posted pictures of buildings in both DC and Riyadh, I thought it was time to include this, one of the ugliest new buildings I’ve ever seen anywhere. I’m not sure this picture, shot from the bridge, does it “justice.” Apparently there is a lot of controversy surrounding its construction, and I can see why. In fact, the first time I saw it, I thought it was being demolished, not constructed!
