Sort of a silly picture, but we were watching all the boats on the Willamette from the bridge, and I was amused seeing this "captain" dog. Right after this was taken, a US Coast Guard boat raced up alongside and made them stick to the east side of the river, a security precaution because of the US Navy destroyers in port.
