There are shops selling fragrances everywhere here, sometimes along with incense. Perfume is wildly popular, but it’s worn more by men than women, although some women wear scents, too, maybe just not as obviously or heavily as men.

This is a gift box of perfume, with incense in the center. I’m always tempted to go into these shops, but I don’t have a clue what I’m looking for, except that there is one very heady fragrance that I love. It could just be for men; that might be embarrassing ;-). Besides, the name of the place and their motto is: “Yas – The Royal Name of Perfumes,” so I probably couldn’t afford it anyway.
