Today was probably the last time we’ll visit a shopping mall here because our car will be shipped to Washington next week, and it will be harder to get around, although we can still use the motor pool for necessary things. I don’t think I would be able to convince one of the drivers to cruise neighborhoods so I can take surreptitious pictures of people’s houses and gates, though, so I’d say my main picture-taking days in Saudi Arabia are over, sadly (plus I have to ship my D810 because it will be too heavy to carry along with everything else I need to bring with me).
