I’m including this in the Quirky Riyadh gallery because they’re clearly souvenirs of Saudi Arabia, yet one rarely finds souvenirs of the country here. I guess this is because tourism is prohibited, except for religious pilgrims, and even then, they’re limited to Makkah and Medina. I found these at the US military base outside of Riyadh, and since I’ve been collecting camels, both stuffed and artsy, from all over the Gulf, I just had to have one.
