24 hours of sand

This may not look like the most interesting photograph, but I’m including it to show that I’m not exaggerating about the amount of sand in the air here. This is a 24-hour accumulation of sand on our car; Tim put a cover on it in the morning (after the sand had built up, to avoid it getting mud-rained on), and I took this when he removed it. And to think we breathe this. No wonder it’s not a healthy posting.

It makes for a cool abstract! I can see many people having asthma.

Wow, that's a lot of sand. Not good for anyone. Not good for the car.

Maybe covering your head and face in this country is a good idea! V

Thank you for your explanation. You are much more refined than I. I would have taken my finger and scribbled "Sand" into the sand covering the car. Nice addition to your gallery.

Whew, I would having breathing problems there!

Wondering if covering the car might not do damage if there's already sand on the car. I remember being in a sandstorm crossing the desert in CA when we had to drive from Brea to Lancaster.

Actually, from an artistic standpoint anyway, I think it's very pretty. It is a great minimalist abstract. ~BV~
