I have photographed this remarkable building (which houses the interior ministry) before, from quite a distance with a wall blocking part of it, but yesterday, when we were on an unfamiliar road, I looked up and there it was hovering (almost literally) right above me. All I could do was just point and shoot and managed to get the side mirror in the shot, so had to crop it severely. There wasn’t much to see, however, in the bottom of the frame except road barriers and a fence.
