Gulf Cooperation Council HQ

This is the headquarters for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC, although its official name is the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf), situated along the Makkah highway close to the Diplomatic Quarter. It’s really an attractive complex, but not one that lends itself to a good photograph, either from the road or close up.
