For at least several weeks now, Sahraa has refused to go on walks with me. After my broken toe healed we went a few times (usually with Tim), but suddenly she only wants Tim to take her. The same thing had happened after Tim recovered from his broken foot (when I had been taking her myself morning and evening for six months), but she gradually agreed to go with him again, just like old times.

This was the last attempt. She turned around at the corner to march back home, but I insisted on crossing the street (well, almost dragged her), thinking she would finally give in and go for a walk. Instead, she sat down on the sidewalk to pout and refused to budge until it was clear we were going back home.
