The under-construction Hilton hotel, near the office complex featured in the two previous captures (and in the distance here). I just don’t know what they are going to do with all this new hotel space (including two new properties on the Diplomatic Quarter) since foreign tourism isn’t allowed here, except for Muslims going on pilgrimage to Makkah and Medina (only). Maybe businessmen will fill it.
