Education building, again

I had posted a picture of this education building from the entrance, but I recently managed to catch the other side from the highway, which looks pretty different, especially in bright sunlight.

Pretty red, gold and green combination. It seems to be shaped more like an auditorium or sport arena than an education building. Interesting.
