This is the monumental fountain in the center of Plaça Espanya, marking the gateway to the avenue that leads to the grounds of the 1929 International Exhibition.

I saw the surgeon today and had a new cast (or splint, not sure which this time) put on my foot. He says next week X-rays, and if the bone has healed, he’ll take the pin out of it in the OR. So another surgery, but not as complicated as the last one. And maybe I’ll be able to walk again without crutches and etc.!
