All about housing

This unusual looking building appears to be the Ministry of Housing, but I’m not sure as the writing, even in English, is hard to read. I always liked the stark Arabic script on the building and have tried to photograph it without success from the street, but somehow we found ourselves face-to-face with it, so here it finally is.

Blue upon blue. I wonder about the insides of these buildings, if they are as stark as some of the exteriors. I've always liked the flourishes of Arabic script, a nice contrast to the squareness of the building.
