Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (2)

This was one of those impossible shots – on the highway and though the windshield there isn’t a good view with all the palm trees; out the window passing by I’m too close and miss half the building; and from the street right in front of it it’s simply not possible. These two (in sections) are the best I’m probably going to be able to do. It’s the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
