It might be helpful to look at both this picture and the one posted below. Le Meridien is building a new hotel in Riyadh, as shown on the signs. But the building from this street looks pretty ugly right now, and I could never understand how in the world it was going to look like the picture. By chance we saw it from another perspective, and things became a bit clearer.
