We came across this neighborhood one evening on our way back home from a supermarket, and I was so intrigued by a gate I wanted to go back and see more. It’s not as upscale a neighborhood as the one I photographed last year, but I always find it interesting to see how people live here.

This will be a series of four doors and gates from the same house that I thought were quite striking. If I could choose the doors on our house, these would be it.

I have no idea what’s going on with Pbase this morning. First I couldn’t upload pictures and got some notice from something called Comodo saying “The URL "ttb.pbase.com" is not valid. Then four uploaded pictures appeared. Now I’m getting the notice again when I try to delete the extras. Now my entire gallery has disappeared. This doesn’t bode well. Update: Some things are fixed, but I'm now having problems sending messages and leaving comments.
