Tents

We saw this group of maybe five tent-like roofs off in the distance. Turned out to be an unusual looking shopping arcade which, while not open because of Ramadan, offered some respite from the intense heat outside. I never could figure out what the pointy things at the tip of the tents were, or were supposed to be.

It is "strangely beautiful" and so different - I would imagine architecture is heavily geared to keeping cool ! V

Very pleasing abstract image, Helen. A device for controlling the tension on the cables supporting the tent material? V
