I obviously liked this dragonfly because I brought two cameras out to try to capture him! But she certainly didn’t seem in any hurry to go anywhere, regardless of how close I got. Thanks to Christine, I now know this dragonfly was "obelisking," a pose they assume when it's hot outside. It was definitely hot in my garden today.
