I am posting this image to remind myself that I need to be more courageous in asking people if I can take pictures. This thobe shop (where they make men’s long white robes) would have made a great straight on composition, but I was hesitant to ask the very formal looking guy if I could take a picture of him and the store so settled for this unobtrusive one (in which you can see part of him at the desk). I might have gotten up my nerve had we returned this way, but we didn’t. I’ll replace the photo next time we visit the souk ;-).
