This is the mosque situated on the grounds of the Shura Council (Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia). I’m including this and a few other images from there since the Shura complex abuts The Ritz-Carlton property and we saw it right after leaving (and sort of from) the hotel.

The picture below shows the dome of the Shura Council building. Even though it’s right next door to the hotel, it’s pretty hard to get any kind of a decent view of it (from anywhere, really):
