I thought I’d go back in time a bit to end this gallery for now.

Many people have commented on how dizzying it must have been up there, and while I didn’t think so at the time because I was too busy trying to take pictures, looking now at this image, maybe I was just ignoring it!

Thanks for all the kind comments and votes! Riyadh isn’t the most beautiful city I’ve ever seen, but it does have some striking architecture, and I think the views from this tower give the cityscape an entirely new look.
