The entry

According to one project sign, this is the entrance to this complex. According to another the gate below is. We have heard that plans for restoring this town have changed a lot, so I guess we'll find out when it's finished. The doors in this image were quite ornate, but it's not so visible at this distance.

Very interesting, as always. Some of these buildings do almost look like movie sets, and that feeling is enhanced by the sand and detritus that surrounds them. This is a terrific travelogue!
