Compound walls and mosque

These walls surround an enormous compound, one of whose many gates is shown below. I don't know what happened, but after using the D700 and a long lens last week, it refuses to focus now :-(.

That is a great textural wall. So much nicer than plain concrete that is all too common. Try cleaning the D700 lens mount contacts with a dry cloth.

A fascinating wall, the interest must be high to have such a large structure surrounding the compound. Excellent shot, also. Hope your D700 problem is resolved. :-(
