This Bedouin owned the white camel in my first picture, the one I fell in love with. I thought our friend knew him, but in fact had not met him on their previous visit to the souk. They are saying goodbye here as we moved on to other parts of the souk with different proprietors.

The man was a great host, showing us not only his camels but also his sheep and goats (pictures follow). Truly great hospitality, although I think our friend slipped him some money in appreciation.
