This is a severely cropped image of what I belatedly realized was the Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia (Majlis as-Shura) building. I had just loved the dome and tried to get a very long distance capture of it with the little Sony (my good lenses are awaiting release from customs at the moment). I thought the building pictured below was the Shura until I went to link to some information on it and realized it was in fact a convention center. I sort of doubt they have tours of either of them, so this might be as good as I can get of these interesting structures.
