I add that this Prince was trying to fly to Ryad.

This document addresses the tourists. But are the Saudi princes also concerned? Indeed, the Saudi prince Abdel Mohsen Ibn Walid Ibn Abdelaziz was arrested on October 26th, 2015 at the airport of Beirut, in Lebanon, in possession of 2 tons of pills of Captagon (narcotics) and cocaine, together with 4 other people in his private jet.
Quite logically, the law should also address these people, that is the death penalty!

Mind you, they only expect one "trafficker", so you are probably safe.
