The Illa de la Discňrdia (Block of Discord) hosts Barcelona's most famous group of Modernista buildings and was so named because of the startling visual argument between them. The three most prominent buildings are Casa Lleó Morera by Lluís Domčnech i Montaner, which is closed to the public; this one, Casa Amatller by Josep Puig i Cadafalch (also closed); and Casa Batlló by Antoni Gaudí.
