A run-down City Hall

Apparently there is a dispute between the mayor and the city council, who refuse to fund repairs and restoration of the city offices. They really are pretty decrepit, far worse than this picture indicates.

What a shame that this building has not been maintained; however, it does appear to be sturdy enough to be brought back! V
