This is the entry way to the institute; all the lights were off, and quite frankly I preferred it that way, although our geologist guide offered to turn them on for me. (He did, however, close the inner doors at my request.)

This building was designed in the Secessionist style, which incorporates elements of Hungarian folk art as seen in the designs on the glass.
