I know this isn't sharp at all, but I loved the moon behind the statue, so please pretend you aren't seeing all that camera shake ;-).
Statue of Revolutionary War Maj. Gen. Nathaniel Greene, in the middle of Stanton Park. I don't quite understand why there isn't a statue of former Secretary of State Edwin M. Stanton in the park, but there isn't (maybe because he didn't ride a horse?). Stanton Park was part of Pierre L'Enfant's original plan for the nation's capital.
