Hotaru is the princess of Saturn who transforms into Sailor Saturn. Her father is Professor Tomoe. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus adopted her. Sailor Saturn is one of the Outer Scouts (or Senshi). Sailor Saturn is a very sad and lonely character.
