This image is intentionally blurry. It's the style. Ernst Haas is regarded as the master of this syle as can be seen in his "motion" gallery at
http://www.ernst-haas.com/main.html (Go to "by Haas" then select "Color Galleries" and then select "Motion".) This photo was also an experiment, which is why it's in the "miscellaneous" gallery and not "Out and About".
