Taken way back off main street, Debark. The
furthest you can go without walking out of the town.
Same side as the military base thats not there - if
you know what I mean. Little lanes framed by bushes
back behind the really densely populated parts.

I think this haircut has something to do with protecting kids from some evil spirits. At least I was told so. I saw this in some other part of Etiopi too.
