Posting 3 of 4 in a SERIES of postings of a mother racoon and five kits crossing a creek to a sewer pipe on the other (west) side. I've numbered the kits #'s 1 to 5 with # 1 being the first to swim to the other side and the first to enter the sewer and # 5 being the last even though it was the second kit to arrive at the water's edge.

Top Image: No. 1 kit is already inside the sewer, ahead of Mom whose tail is just visible. Kit # 2 is about to enter the sewer.
