Since today is the hottest July 29 on record here (34.2 C/93.5 F), I thought I'd cool things down a bit with an image taken during one of our very cold days this past Winter, our coldest Winter on record.

This is a merge of three images of an old farmstead taken whilst we were photographing several Horned Lark foraging for food along the road and in the farm fields.
