Two Close-up crops of the almost berry-eating first fledgling. (Click "Next" for yesterdays initial posting of this two part series)
Note, when I returned to the nest site this morning, all three young had left the nest. Two were seen being fed by Mom/Dad and flying around from tree to tree.
Top Image: Look at the size of that raspberry. Junior seems to be saying "You're kidding aren't you Mom/Dad" I think they probably snatched this juicy berry from somebodies garden as the wild ones are usually much smaller.
Junior tries to swallow the berry, but almost chokes on it. I think it is saying, "I can't eat this big thing. It's choking me."
