Three images: I previously asked "How many young do you think there are on/in the nest?" Here's your answer.
Top Image: Mom prepares to dismount. It's time for a swim and time to unload the little rascals.
"Where are you going Mom? Please stay" Looks like only two here, but wait.....
....there's an other one, that's three in total. "Please come back Mom." But when Mom swam away, all three promptly followed her into the water and resumed their attempts to climb back on board. Perhaps it was my presence that made them want to hang on to Mom's skirts, so to speak. I don't know how Mom was able to carry all three, with mostly only one showing. Mom and babies didn't stay out long. On returning to the nest, Mom dumped the babies, who were then left to climb on to the nest, then back onto her, themselves.
