Two views of The Ovenbird, an other first for me. Its name reflects the oven-like nests c/w a side entrance, built by the female. It is quite a singer.

B.T.W., Hoodie said to say thanks for all the nice comments received on the last and all previous postings. Thanks also for all of your good wishes for my little trip to Lake Placid NY. I brought my camera, of course, but hardly saw any birds to photograph. Saw lots of beautiful scenery though. We had terrific weather and a nice relaxing time.
