Dropped my 10 year old off at Girl Scout camp this afternoon. She went with a friend from school this time (normally it's "make a friend" camp). Her friend has the ultimate in mosquito netting (the tent). They are staying within a [canvas] tent with an actual roof.
I had visions of taking lots of photos of the area (I knew my kids wouldn't want to pose) but we had to leave because my other two were pretty hungry (my 10 year old had a lunch, the others didn't). So we left & took another 45 mins to find a place to eat, then went to the new Cabellas in Scarborough Maine. I've been to a few other Cabellas, I call them the "Walmart verison of LL. Bean". I wish we hadn't wasted our time at Cabellas and gone straight to Bean (only 20 mins North at that point), we couldn't find what we were looking for.
So back to the camp photo. I thought the photo looked a bit overexposed. It wasn't until I got back home (hours later) that I realized I'd set FEC to +1 stop for some other reason (no idea at the moment).
