ELEPHANT GARLIC... Not a true garlic but actually closely related to the leek, Elephant Garlic produces big bulbs and big cloves.
The flavour is sweeter and milder than traditional garlic. Basted with olive oil and then roasted in the oven, Elephant Garlic cloves make an unusual and creamy-textured vegetable!

I make the Elephant Garlic on the Grill with Olive Oil wrapped in foil. You can use it instead of butter on bread. Very nice image Ken. "V"
