Looking for a small bird seen yesterday at the Brookings-Harbor jetty. Brown, striped, Orange stripes at head, off white band horizontally mid-wing. Black beak. Running around in the long grass, scrub plants looking for bugs. Never seen before, although I feed the jetty feral cats weekly. Lived in Harbor 30 yrs.
