Now this is a Hawai'i pride flag type GP photo. It's dark, it's blurry, it gives a sense of action and feel of motion. It lets one wonder and imagine what exactly is in that blur in the background. A bunch of screaming fans cheering the flag on? Just traffic the runner is proudly fighting with the flag held high? Don't know, but I can imagine, and you let that happen with the the shot.
