This is Gillian, one of the regular birders I run into in the Ottawa area. Not only is she an avid birder but an adventurous one as well. While I and another birder/photographer were debating whether or not we should get ourselves all wet in order to go see a Great Horned Owl perched on one of the small islands in the Ottawa River she broke the impasse by exclaiming (or words to that effect)"I'm doing it!"
