I know Blue Jays love peanuts in the shell. All year I have been trying to get a close look at them without much success. But over the last few weeks I have been seeing quite a few of them. Having a few peanuts to share helps and they come as close as 6 feet to grab one. They have this funny hop hop hop when they approach to grab the peanut before swiftly picking it up and flying away.
