Although the highlight of the day was a Parasitic Jaeger which put in an appearance between Ottawa Beach and Lakeside Gardens, two cooperative Black-bellied Plovers, two Least Sandpipers and a Pectoral Sandpiper co-mingled on the shores of the Ottawa River.
The above image is about 85 to 90% of full-frame. If you approach shorebirds properly, you can get close up looks.
