The above image was taken laying flat on the wet sand and is full-frame with no cropping. You haven't really seen a semi-palmated plover until you've looked one in the eye from only 4 feet away. The looks it gives me. Often I'd have to turn away and just chuckle :-) The "one with nature" feeling is great.
