Spot the white cross on the edge of the crater. It marks a place of a
cemetery, one of several on the peninsula. Altogether over 7000 people
were buried on this peninsula since Father Damien begun the count.

As a backdrop you can see the spectacular cliffs of the Molokai Pali.
